I have worked on several campaigns beginning with a Town Board election in 2003 where I had to hit the ground running.
I managed the campaign soup to nuts. Everything.
It made me aware of every subtlety that moves voters to vote either for or against a candidate.

I have consulted with several other campaign projects and am often e-mailed for a quick opinion on many different aspects of campaign strategy including web presence.

I am an avid political news reader and keep a great archive of local stories for background on issues.

I am an unenrolled voter (not affiliated with any political party) and personally believe voters should try their best to look at candidates that will best represent their concerns.
Pay attention. Learn where candidates stand on the issues.
Better yet, ask them.

Go for Joe

Joe Marino, Saugerties Town Board Candidate 2003
My first campaign website.

Gary Bischoff, Ulster County Legislator 2005
Gary won by 35 votes with a last minute website that garnered over 3,000 hits. Ask him if it could have made a difference in the 35 winning votes.

Since winning the election , Bischoff has continued to provide his constituents with information on his role in Ulster County government through his website:
Gary4Ulster.com

Mike Stock, Ulster County Legislator 2005
Under the weight of assuming some of the responsibility for county jail cost overruns and tax increases Stock was defeated in this race.

Team Talmage 2005
In Milan, NY there is a movement afoot to preserve the integrity of the rural character of the area. These candidates, despite relentless attacks took their shared vision to the community and won their support.

Team Palatine 2005
Germantown, NY Dissatisfied with the direction of the traditional parties this group set sail with a flag of their forefathers. Their bid fell short but don't count them out next time.

Red Hook Elections 2005.
This was an idea I had to begin to pick at the question of whether politicians could address specific issues that were brought out before the election in their own words . Perhaps a little before it's time, but I can live with that.

Keep Milan Rural 2007

Following their victory in 2005, Milan is gearing up to expand their mission to keep Milan in the right direction.
