When I meet somebody really interesting, after maybe the greatest conversation of the week and they give me a white business card with embossed precise lettering and a logo from some clip art folder...

Although I make a real effort to remember all the great people and contacts I meet, I know it is not gonna be through THAT CARD!
The business card, a necessary hand-off in human transactions is so important and so ignored in many aspirants social formula.
Yes, not everybody is allowed to have a snappy catchy business card but it is ultimately the piece of you that ends up in someones hand.
So a little more thought should go into it. I believe most businesses especially those with more than one audience for their work should have several cards each specific to each group.
You might even have one of those embossed ones for the crowd that seems to like them.
